We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, however sometimes it can take slightly longer for your item to be delivered.

 

Delivery prices are based on weight system, if you want to purchase more then 1 item, it will work out an average overall price for everything, you can view the delivery charge by adding the items to your basket and viewing them in checkout.

 

Returns: 

 

We offer an exchange or refund on perfect and unused products returned within 14 days of purchase. 

 

You can cancel your order at any time before your goods are dispatched, by confirming with an email to our customer services team. Once you have received your goods you have 14 days in which to cancel your order and return the goods for a full refund of the purchase price. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging in a sellable condition.

 

Your refund will be processed once we receive the goods back and they have been fully inspected by our returns team.

 

Refunds will not be available for items in the sale unless damaged or faulty.

 

In order for us to continue to offer products at great prices, we will only cover the delivery cost to return an item if it fails to comply with your statutory rights.
